Return Policy

BUPARTS.STORE accepts authorised returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the purchaser. All authorized returns must be unused and in original condition and include all items and components that were included in the original packaging.
If you have already installed your part and wish to exchange it under warranty, please submit the form above and a representative will then process your claim and contact you within 24-48 working hours. For more information on warranty claims, please refer to our warranty page.
Unlike most companies, we do NOT charge for returns if you have fulfilled all the conditions from the WARRANTY* section.
For standard returns, please allow up to 8-14 working days for complete return documentation once your return has been delivered back to our supplier from Thailand, this takes time:

■ Up to 3-8 business days to check the return in.
■ Up to 1-3 business days to process the refund.
■ Up to 1-3 business days for your payment provider (Debit / Credit Card , PayPal, etc.) to complete the refund.

We are not responsible for missing, damaged or incorrect parts after 14 days from receipt of the goods by the purchaser, regardless of who is at fault.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen parcels in transit, and all such claims must be handled through the shipping company that provided the shipment.

Every customer outside European countries such as Canada, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, UAE and African Segment countries will pay return shipping, taxes and duties to return any goods ordered that they no longer need, defects ordered incorrectly and return goods (including Canada, all included states and African Segment countries, I repeat again).
